The Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT)covers the fields of Yoga Sciences and Practices, with specializations in the therapeutic effects of yoga. It aims to teach students therapeutic techniques and knowledge of yoga as a healing discipline. It is a one-year program that can be pursued as a skill enhancement course for those who desire to work in the professional area. The student will learn about the concepts of Yoga therapy for the treatment and prevention of different psychosomatic and lifestyle-related disorders during this program. It is a regular and non-residential (Online & Personal Contact Programs) course in English & Malayalam.
Role Description: Can work along with Certified Physician to give Yoga Therapy on all disorders.
Eligibility:
Ø A graduate degree in Yoga with YTTC certificate OR Any graduate degree with & DYSTM certificate.
Ø The candidate must be medically fit. A Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Medical Officer in this regard must be submitted.
Ø Minimum Age: The preferred age is 21 years or older.
